follow up with branches on queries regarding proposals and collections as well as assisting with
reconciliation, digitization and documentation.

credit/loan process, an eye for detail, basic numeric ability
and willingness to travel.
Data Excellence Associate
Data Excellence Associates are responsible for data entry, cleansing and integrity checking, teleaudit of Madura members to
check precision of the data submitted, report generation and ad-hoc telecallingsupport to functional teams
on need basis.
The ideal candidate is a graduate with or without experience with good communication skills and knowledge of MS-Excel.
Customer Research Associate (CRA)
CRAs are responsible for conducting surveys of villages and members, verifying data submitted by members
in the loan document and cross-verifying/auditing data from other sources.
